Meet the Coaches

Hugh Mason

Hugh is deeply passionate about helping athletes from all backgrounds enhance their speed and overall physical performance. With extensive expertise in both strength & conditioning and rehabilitation, he provides a well-rounded approach to training that is tailored to each athlete's needs.

Highly experienced in Australian Rules Football, Hugh has worked with various clubs, including Carlton Football Club, North Melbourne Football Club (where he is currently the Rehab Coordinator and S&C coach), and Port Melbourne Football Club (where he serves as both Rehab Coordinator and Speed Coach).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science

  • Master of Exercise Physiology

  • Australian Strength and Conditioning Association - Level 1 Coach

    Athletics Australia Running Coach
