In-person Coaching & Programming

Programs tailored to your individual needs. Building the foundation of speed training with a holistic overview for optimal performance. This program will cover speed work, gym training, movement, sleep & recovery based work.

Our 8 week programs can be tailored for you individual needs:

  • Acceleration

  • Max Speed

  • Lateral Speed

  • Change of Direction

Track Squad

We have a small track squad to allow us to provide individualized training for each member. From track, gym, recovery & mental preparation.

Our squad has a mix of VAL / AV / National / International sprinters.

We specialize in short sprints 100m / 200m / 400m

Professional Athlete Off-season Training

Speed is a vital component of all sports. We offer speed training to complement your off season program. Train with us like you have never been trained before!

Program periods are flexible.


Team Coaching & Programming

We offer programs tailored to all phases of your season whether it's offseason, pre-season or during your season. We will work on all components of speed from acceleration, max velocity, speed endurance and multi-directional speed. Our service can be extended from one off-session, multiple session or continuous session with individualised athlete programs to team based sporting clubs.

We have a program for anyone serious about improving their running skills.
