In Person Speed Package
Taking new clients from Monday 30th September
What’s included:
Initial testing day (starts, 0-10m, 60m (with 10m interval timing), top speed (km/hr)), 2km time trial
Comprehensive running biomechanical analysis
Individualised 8-week program inclusive of 2-3 small group sessions person sprint session per week
Aerobic running session to be completed after speed sessions
Rest / Recovery & Regeneration guidelines
Final analysis going through all improvements, areas of growth and technical analysis
Option for Gym programming to be included
