For athletes who are ready to push their speed training with access two group sessions per week. with an emphasis on refining technique and building power. Consistent training will help maximize your acceleration and top-end speed, while also promoting recovery and injury prevention.
*All Sessions will be programmed on the Teambuildr App so if you are unable to attend a session, you can complete away from the Speed Group.
